2. Services

PureShine Cleaning Services provides residential, office, and daily cleaning services in Canada. The specific details, pricing, and scheduling of our Services will be agreed upon between you and PureShine Cleaning Services before the commencement of any work.

2.1 Service Scheduling

All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to provide our Services at the agreed-upon time. However, we cannot guarantee specific arrival times due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.

2.2 Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

2.3 Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our Services, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will arrange to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, payment is due upon completion of service or according to the terms of any recurring service plan you have selected.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and checks. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To facilitate our cleaning services, we ask that you:

  • Provide clear access to all areas requiring cleaning
  • Secure valuable or fragile items
  • Inform us of any special handling requirements for specific items or surfaces
  • Ensure pets are secured, if necessary
  • Disclose any health or safety concerns relevant to our staff

5.1 Accuracy of Information
